Guests: Any person that fishes, or elects to fish, any regular Chapter tournament that is not interested in applying for membership into the Chapter preceding applicable tournament. Any member may fish with a guest as his partner provided:
1. That member is without his regular member partner.
2. Another member’s partner is unobtainable or unacceptable.
3. The guest must be approved each time by the Tournament Director or Assistant present at the applicable Chapter function.
4. The guest shall not fish more than three (3) regular Chapter Tournaments per year.
5. If the guest is a MINOR, ARTICLE II, SECTION 4, ITEM 2 shall apply.
